About the Project
Based on stakeholder and user feedback we decided to update the functionality of the chat feature while attending a meeting or watching a presentation. The existing design was causing a lot of confusion leading to missed chats. I researched best practices and updated the flow as well as the visual design of the app. We tested the new design in person with Android users internally before releasing to our customers.
